Corangamite Shire approached Rural Reach Events to update and provide event templates for our community to better understand and manage their local events. It’s been a pleasure working alongside Emmelie through Sheepvention Rural Expo over the past three years. As an external supplier, we’ve seen firsthand her strong leadership and ability to effectively manage a large team of event coordinators, contractors and vendors. Emmelie is an excellent communicator, confidently liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout every stage of the event planning and delivery process.

We worked closely with Emmelie to coordinate over 50 marquees and associated equipment for Sheepvention. This involved detailed planning around site management, bump-in and bump-out logistics, and ensuring all required documentation was completed to secure the event’s Place of Public Entertainment (POPE) occupancy permit. Throughout it all, Emmelie remained calm under pressure and maintained a high standard of professionalism.
